Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Connect a domain you already own, or buy one from your dashboard. A free SSL certificate is included.
Do the sites work in Arabic?
Yes. Every template supports Arabic and English, with right-to-left layouts and Arabic fonts.
How am I billed?
Monthly or yearly, by card, mada or bank transfer. Yearly billing saves two months. VAT is added where it applies.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from your account. Changes apply from your next billing date.
What happens to my site if I cancel?
Your site stays online until the end of the paid period, and you can export your content at any time.
What kind of support do you offer?
All plans include 24/7 support by chat and e-mail, plus documentation, video tutorials and onboarding help for new teams.
How do updates work?
New templates, widgets and fixes are added automatically. There is nothing to install.
Can I build sites for my clients?
