Our story

Rania and Ziad started Bouza Al Hay in 2019 with one second-hand truck, one freezer and their grandmother's recipe for ashta bouza. We still scoop every order by hand, with fresh milk from a Bekaa dairy and fruit from the Sabra market.

You will find us on the Corniche, in Achrafieh and in Hamra, and at birthdays, weddings and school fairs when you book the truck for your own event.
