Elias Haddad, owner and host

Elias opened Istirahat Al Rifaq to give Hamra a place where friends meet: good coffee, honest food and a warm welcome at the door.

You will find him at the counter most evenings, pouring coffee and swapping stories with regulars and first-timers alike.
