Are all your products certified organic?
Yes. Every fruit, vegetable and pantry item comes from certified organic farms and suppliers.
How fast is delivery?
Orders placed before 2 pm arrive the same day in Amman. Elsewhere in Jordan they arrive within two working days, and fresh produce is packed on the day it ships.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free on Amman orders over JOD 20. Below that, and elsewhere in Jordan, it costs JOD 3.
What if an item arrives damaged?
Tell us within seven days and we will replace or refund it, no questions asked.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, until it has been packed. Send us a message with your order number.
Do you offer a discount on the first order?
New customers get 25% off their first purchase when they sign up.
