My story
I grew up in Irbid, studied engineering in Amman and moved to Doha in 2001, where I spent fifteen years leading sales and operations teams. Along the way I learned that success rarely comes from talent alone: it comes from clear goals, steady habits and people who believe in you.
I trained as a certified coach in 2015 and today I coach professionals and leaders in Arabic and English, speak at conferences and write practical e-books.

Coaching, talks and workshops
One-to-one coaching runs over twelve sessions, in person in Doha or online. For companies I run half-day workshops on goal setting and team focus, and keynotes of 30 to 60 minutes for conferences and leadership events.
