05. FAQ · Your questions

What times can I train?

Sessions run from 6:00 to 20:00, Sunday to Thursday, and from 8:00 to 14:00 on Saturdays. In Ramadan I add late sessions after Taraweeh.

I'm a beginner. Will I keep up?

Yes. Every exercise is demonstrated and scaled to your level, so beginners and athletes train side by side.

Which training should I start with?

Start with a private session so I can assess your fitness, then we choose private, group or athlete training together.

Can I book two sessions in one day?

You can, as long as there is space. I will suggest a lighter second session so you recover properly.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancel or move a session up to 24 hours in advance at no cost. Later cancellations are charged in full.

What if I'm ill or held up at work?

Unused sessions are refunded or moved with a doctor's note or at least 24 hours' notice.

What qualifications do you have?

I am a certified personal trainer and strength coach with first-aid training and over ten years of coaching experience.
