Before the first stay

What to know before your dog's first walk or night with us.

Which vaccinations do you need?

Every guest needs up-to-date rabies and DHPP vaccinations, plus kennel cough for overnight and vacation stays. Please bring the vaccination card to the free tour.

What should I bring for an overnight stay?

Your dog's usual food, lead and collar with an ID tag, and a bed or blanket that smells of home. We provide bowls, water and treats.

Can I cancel a booking?

Yes. Cancel up to 24 hours before a walk or stay and you pay nothing.

Do you meet my dog first?

Always. Every new dog comes for a free meet-and-greet so we can check their temperament and match them with the right group.

The cat visits while we were away were exactly what we needed. Mishmish was fed, brushed and happy, and the flat was spotless.
