Questions we hear most
Call-out fees, warranties, licences and how quickly we can reach you: the answers to what clients ask us every week.
Before you book
Do you charge a call-out fee?
An inspection visit in Dubai costs AED 150, which we deduct from the repair if you go ahead. Emergency visits after 22:00 cost AED 250.
How fast can you reach me in an emergency?
Our emergency electricians cover Dubai and Sharjah around the clock and usually arrive within 60 to 90 minutes.
Are your electricians licensed and insured?
Yes. Every electrician holds a valid licence for their grade, and all our work is covered by third-party liability insurance.
Do you give a warranty?
All workmanship carries a 12-month warranty. Equipment we supply keeps its manufacturer's warranty, which we register for you.
Can you work in occupied offices and factories?
Yes. We plan shutdowns with your facility team and work at night or at weekends, so your business keeps running.
How do I pay?
By card, bank transfer or cash when the job is done. Commercial clients can open an account with monthly invoices. All prices include VAT.
