Four natural ingredients

No alcohol, no artificial colour and no shortcuts.

  • Malted barley

Locally grown and kilned for a rich, rounded body.

  • A touch of hops

Hand-picked hops for a fresh, gently bitter finish.

  • Natural flavour

Lemon for Golden, roasted barley and coffee for Dark.

  • Spring water

Soft, pure water from our own well.

How we make it

  1. Mashing

Malt and warm water release natural sugars.

  2. Boiling

Hops are added for bitterness and aroma.

  3. Blending

The malt is blended with spring water and natural flavour. Nothing is fermented.

  4. Bottling

Each batch is tasted, carbonated, pasteurised and bottled fresh.
