What we do
Services
Planning
Concept design, drawings and permits handled from start to finish.
Building
We oversee construction so the finished building matches the vision.
Who we are
Zawiya is a Beirut practice of twelve architects and interior designers, founded in 2004 by Ramzi Nasrallah and Karim Haddad. We design homes, schools, galleries and workplaces across Lebanon and the region, and we stay on site until the last detail is built.
Every project starts with a walk around the site at different times of day, because in Beirut the light, the sea breeze and the views decide more than any trend.
