Bawsala was founded by three consultants who had spent years with global firms and wanted to serve the companies those firms overlook: family businesses and mid-sized firms that need senior advice at a fair price.
Today our team of 24 works from Olaya with clients across the Kingdom and the Gulf, in Arabic and English.

Who do you hire?
Graduates with strong analytical skills and experienced professionals from industry, banking and the public sector.
What is a typical week like?
Usually three days with a client team and two in our Olaya office, with little travel outside the Kingdom.
How do you train new consultants?
A six-week induction, a mentor from the partner group and a yearly training budget for each person.
Do you offer internships?
Yes. We take six Saudi university students each summer for a paid ten-week internship.
