Our impact
Since 2006 we have worked directly with more than 25,000 young people in Sharjah, Ajman and the northern Emirates.
Many come to us after leaving school early or losing a parent's income. We help them back into a classroom, a training course or their first job, and we stay in touch until they are standing on their own.

Finding young people in need
Social workers and schools refer young people to us, and we fund their food, housing and studies.
Care like family
Each young person has one mentor who checks in every week, from the first day to the first salary.
Small schools
Evening classes for the children of daily-wage workers, with small groups and patient teachers.
Jobs and training
Our café and print shop employ young people while they train for a trade.
