How it began
When we stopped using chemicals in 1985, our soil came back to life, and so did the flavour of everything we grew.
That discovery still guides every decision on the farm.
A family farm growing organic food the slow, natural way.
Our family farms 40 dunums near Deir Alla, on the floor of the Jordan Valley, where winters are mild and the soil is rich.
We rotate crops, compost everything we can and let our goats and sheep graze the stubble after each harvest.
Visitors are always welcome on Saturday mornings to see how their food is grown.
When we stopped using chemicals in 1985, our soil came back to life, and so did the flavour of everything we grew.
That discovery still guides every decision on the farm.
To grow fresh, organic food for our neighbours and to leave the land healthier for the next generation.
We sell directly to families, markets and local restaurants.
Every tomato, date and tub of labneh is grown, picked and packed by our own small team.

Head grower
Looks after the vegetable fields and greenhouses from seed to harvest.

Grove manager
Knows every palm, citrus and apple tree we grow, and when each fruit is perfectly ripe.

Flock keeper
Cares for our goats and sheep and makes our labneh and cheese by hand.
