A Riyadh family kitchen that grew into one of the city’s busiest event caterers.
Our story
Hanan Al Mulhim started cooking for neighbours’ weddings from her home kitchen in Al Malaz in 2000. Word spread, and by 2006 she had a central kitchen, chilled vans and a team that could serve a thousand guests in one evening.
Today sixteen chefs and sixty event staff cook everything from scratch: Najdi dishes and whole-lamb feasts, international buffets and plated dinners. Hanan still tastes every new menu before it goes into a proposal.

All meat is halal and sourced in the Kingdom, and our kitchen holds a Riyadh municipality food licence.
