About us
Thurwa means peak
We help Jordanian companies build the skills their people use every day: leading a team, serving customers and understanding the numbers.
Thurwa was founded in Amman in 2015 by three people who had managed teams in distribution, banking and telecoms. Since then we have trained more than 4,000 employees in over 120 companies, from family firms to banks and hospitals.
We train in Arabic and English, at your offices or in our training room in Shmeisani, and every programme is built on cases from your own work.
